Holly started things off as a member of the all-girl garage band, Billy Childish's 'Thee Headcoats' counterparts 'Thee Headcoatees'.  After leaving the band to forge her own solo career Holly has been a whirlwind of activity, taking in her own sound, which references rockabilly and rhythm and blues before the advent of rock'n'roll in the 50's.  Latest album, released with The Brokeoffs 'Nobody Will Be There' is amazingly her 13th studio album.  There ain't many bands around today that'll clock that up...

Perhaps best-known for her turn on the White Stripes album 'Elephant' and supporting the band across their London dates of said album, there's a lot more to this l'il lady and her partner Lawyer Chris then that, and after 8 American tours and many more of Europe you can be pretty sure of a performanceof the highest standard at LOTF.
