Canterbury's weird and wonderful troupe!

The Playhouse has been a core part of Lounge on the Farm across the years, and this years positioning in the Meadows Field meant that a huge amount of people were able to enjoy the crazy goings on. From Pistol and Jack's anarchic revelry to poetry, spoken word and theatrical dance, the Playhouse strived to showcase as much talent as possible, both local and international.

As-well as housing the excellent comedy programme, The Playhouse was also a haven for the festival goers who fancied something a little different. The burgeoning local scene was represented fully, and many chances were given to local folk to muck in and help out, be that with decor, sound and lighting or performing a solo mime routine, the Playhouse represented the core ethos of Lounge on the Farm.
