This year we used over 150 volunteers in a variety of roles, and the hard work and dedication of volunteers is paramount to the up keep and progression of Lounge on the Farm. From stewarding to litter picking, decor work or helping out backstage, there is always loads to do and eager help is always much appreciated.
Seed Staff-our official staffing company
We are delighted to announce that Seed Staff will be our official volunteer and staffing partner for 2012.
Seed Staff is a young and innovative company which provides bespoke staff solutions to the events industry. They supply some of the UKs best events with fully managed and staff only solutions ranging from stewarding and bar staff to stage crew and production managers. Their unique approach involves combining events experts with University students studying relevant degree courses and supporting this with extensive training and development.
