Commonly asked questions and the accompanying answers:

Q. I hear we can't park on site anymore?  How do I get to the festival?

A. Weekend parking is now off-site halfway up Nackington Lane.  It will be well sign-posted from the vicinity of the farm.  From the carpark a free shuttlebus will ferry you to and from the festival site, from Thursday 6pm until Monday midday.

Q. We're a family / disabled badge holder / party with young children.  Where do we park?

A. Family weekend parking will remain on the festival site.  You need to enter the site via the festival Main Entrance and you will be directed from there.

Q. How do you classify a 'family'?

A. We'd consider any adults attending the festival with at least one child a 'family'.  The family campsite is so-called because it's for famillies of young children who wish to act as a family.  If you're attending the festival and fancy making a bit of noise that's fine, but please use the main campsites.  This year we have a 'quiet' campsite and a general camping as usual, alongside family camping.

Q. We've purchased a Campervan ticket?  How do we access site?

A. Campervan ticket holders will enter the site via the festival main entrance, and be directed from there.

Q. Will you be showing this year's World Cup Final on the Sunday?

A. Yes we will, and are currently talking to potential sponsors for a huge screen to be put on site somewhere for the game.

Q. I am a Youth attending the festival with my friends parents.  Will I have to be with them at all times?

A. No.  We require all under-18s to have an adult who is responsible for them on-site, which is confirmed on arrival at the site.  Once you are on-site we do not require you to be accompanied at all times, but your responsible adult obviously has to take their own precautions to protect you.

Q. We're a family and our kids would like to camp seperately?  Is this ok?

A. Child ticket holders MUST camp with their accompanying adults.  Youth ticketholders are not expected to be accompanied at all times, including camping, BUT if you are attending with youth ticketholders they are YOUR responsibility at ALL TIMES and therefore your decision.

Q. Can I bring a winnebago or extra large caravan?

A. Yes.  However, for all vehicles longer than 7 metres it will be necessary to purchase two caravan/campervan tickets, to cover the extra space required.
