Lounge on the Farm has a number of paid and volunteer positions available for before, during and after the festival this year. If you would like the opportunity to earn your ticket, get involved in the festival or you are a skilled professional who has spotted something the festival is crying out for get in touch.

Master Carpenter / Set Builder / Stage Designer
We are looking for 2 individuals with personal vision combined with a conceptual understanding of Lounge on the Farm to design and build stage sets and individual pieces for the festival site.

Sound Engineers
Experience is essential to become one of the festivals sound engineers.

Stage Hands – paid / volunteer
There are positions both for experienced, paid stage hands and volunteer stage hands. Experience is essential for a paid position. Volunteers from a relevant college or university course is preferred.

Flyer Teams – paid / volunteer
Direct marketing via flyering is vital for Lounge on the Farm and is our preferred way of getting the festival message across. Energetic and enthusiastic people are required throughout March to July for weekend and evening work. Driving licence helpful but not essential. There are positions available for people looking for continual work over this time or for people who just want to earn a ticket for the festival this year.

Merchandising
There are management and sales assistant positions available for people with extensive retail experience and a flair for design and sales. This is an extremely important position that will involve hardwork over the festival selling merchandise for bands and Lounge on the Farm.

Artists, sculptors, painters
If you are any of the above based in Kent who has an idea for an installation or a desire to get involved with the festival get in touch with us and pitch your idea or skills. We are looking for creativity and imagination to add magic to the festival sight, things that will tickle, titillate and tantalise.

The Meadows is a space dedicated to artistic creativity, green pursuits, workshops, healing and relaxation. If you are interested in any of the above as a trader, workshop leader, or to get your message across then this is the place to do it.
