Welcome to Lounge on the Farm 2008

This year on the farm, minstrels, morris dancers, salsa bands and fairies will be popping up all over the site to frighten and titillate in equal measures. If you fancy donning a ball gown and dancing the light fantastic then look no further than the Dressing Room adjacent to the Farm Folk stage. Speakers Corner will offer the chance for all and sundry to have their fifteen minutes of fame, but if you'd prefer to remain a spectator then look out for some of the most avant garde trapeze artists you'll ever see. Get involved in a swing ball tournament, learn to build a hay bale house, create willow sculptures, jam with the bands, get your hair done, forage with the friendly foragers or be a pinball wizard. Remember its not just about the music at Lounge on the Farm, it's about so much more!

Making it's debut at Lounge On The Farm in 2007, the Groovy Movie Picture House is the World's First Solar-Powered Cinema, and the source for all film screenings at LOTF. Presenting a host of independent and underground pictures, Audio/Visual verite, Video Cabaret AND Cinema you can dance to, the Groovy Movie Picture House is a brilliant source for some off-kilter entertainment.
